Alice Richards, MRCVS, Owner

Alice graduated from Nottingham Vet School in 2011, and worked in mixed practice in the West Midlands for 2 years before moving to Pembrokeshire in 2013 after marrying a local Pembs boy.


Along with Pete she became owner of All Pets Vet Care in 2026 and is dedicated to providing top-level individualised care for all her patients. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary practice with a particular interest in cardiology and ultrasound imaging. 


When not in work she can usually be found either cycling on her road bike or walking her 5 dogs and Keith the cat who will never be left behind.

Pete Howe, MRCVS, Owner

Pete graduated from the Royal Vet College, London in 2009. He spent time working in Carmarthen, Devon, Australia and Brighton before returning home to care for the pets of Pembrokeshire in 2016.

​

He became the owner of All Pets Vet Care, with Alice, in 2026 and enjoys working hard to ensure all your pets get the very best care. He has a particular interest in surgery.

​

Outside of work he can be found running after his 2 children and terrier, Ottie!

Stefan Belus, MRCVS

Stefan graduated from Kosice University in Slovakia and then worked in Cornwall before joining us in 2021.

 

He loves to spend time looking down the microscope and he's the one we turn to when we want another opinion on some cells. 

 

He and his partner own a cat and an Australian Shepherd dog, which they love to take to the local beaches.

Cethin Ravenhill, MRCVS

Cethin started her veterinary life as an equine vet after qualifying from Bristol university. She is well versed in all things equine, representing Wales nationally in competitions. We are glad that she saw the light though, and changed over to "smallies". She particularly enjoys ophthalmology and cardiology and is a dab hand with the ultrasound scanner. 

 

She always has a small menagerie around her, owning 2 horses, a dog,  a cat and usually rescuing something small furry or feathery!

Cathy, a veterinary nurse, from our friendly team.

Cathy Raymond, RVN  Cert SAN,  Practice Manager (HR)

Cathy qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2009, and has worked in busy veterinary practices for many years to bring a wealth of experience.

 

We call her our own practice Google, besides her Certificate in Small Animal Nutrition, she also has an HND in Animal Studies, a diploma (L4) in Business Administration and she is one of our Clinical Coaches, responsible for the training of the student nurses.

 

Cathy specialises in medical nursing, diabetic clinics and advanced nutritional pet needs, and is also the point of contact within the practice for insurance claims.

 

Cathy is from Pembrokeshire and in her spare time enjoys walks along the coastal path. 

 

Cathy has 2 children and 2 cats.

Jess Harrison, Head RVN, Practice Manager (Finance)

Jess joined us in June 2019 to complete her studies and become a Veterinary Nurse. Jess quickly became our head nurse in 2020 and now is also joint practice manager with Cathy.

 

Jess enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her dogs in our beautiful countryside and working in her vegetable garden.

 

She has 2 dogs and 9 crested geckos and 8 chickens.

​

Jess is currently on maternity leave.

Karen Burton, RVN, Cert VN EEC 

Karen qualified as a veterinary nurse in 1990 and worked at a very busy PDSA practice in Birmingham for 13 years. 

 

She moved to Pembrokeshire in 2001 and enjoys nursing sick or injured animals, and assisting in surgery.

 

Karen is our resident Geriatric Clinic Nurse, who provides many of our routine health checks for older pets. In 2023 she gained her Emergency & Critical Care qualifications. 

 

In her spare time she (sort of) enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her family.

​

The only drawback she sees to her job is the amount of cake she has to avoid.

Bryony Harries, RVN 

Bryony initially came to see practice with us, having done an Animal Care course at Pembrokeshire College. After working with us for a while, she then started her nurse training and qualified from Coleg Sir Gar. 
 
Bryony has been running our Puppy Parties, and is also one of our diabetic nurses.

Sophie Lawrence, RVN 

While studying for her degree in Veterinary Nursing, Sophie joined us for her year placement. We loved her so much that we persuaded her to come back after she qualified in 2024.

 

Sophie has spent some time doing wildlife voluntry work in Africa, but also loves looking after your pets. Her main interest is inpatient care, particularly looking after cats. 

 

Sophie has a horse (who loves spending her money on vet bills!) and a beautiful dog she enjoys doing gundog training with.

Nicola Felton, RVN 

Nicola qualified from Moreton Morrell with a degree in Veterinary Nursing in 2020. She has a keen interest in wildlife and exotics, having looked after everything from lions and tigers to the tiniest vole. She joined our practice in 2025 and has enjoyed meeting all your pets.

 

Nicola has a pet hamster and loves spending time with her family exploring Pembrokeshire.

Lucy Wood, RVN

Meet our friendly team member in an orange polo shirt.

Lucy graduated from Hartpury University in 2026 with a degree in veterinary nursing. She joined our team in July 2026.

 

She has a keen interest in feline nursing, and enjoys spending time with her 3 cats and leopard gecko.

Ceri Thomas, Head Receptionist

Ceri Joined us part time in February 2024 and hasn't looked back,. She became our head receptionist in 2025 and has been working hard on ensuring the reception area runs smoothly.

 

Ceri loves spending time with her family and taking her Spaniel on long walks.

Francesca Herrera, Receptionist

Fran joined us in June 2021 and does not only deal with our lovely clients at reception, but also takes care of invoices on her office days. She is originally from Devon and moved here with her partner.  

 

Fran loves horse riding and is keen to extend her animal family, and in particular would like some bunnies, puppies, kittens or ponies. 

 

Fran has a black cat called Bat.

Keziah Page, Receptionist

Keziah joined the reception team in December 2025 and says she has thoroughly enjoyed everyday since! 


Keziah enjoys sketching, painting and photography in her spare time.


Every so often she makes a custom pilgrimage to the local record store, with her husband. He'll know exactly what he's looking for whereas she'll look for the quirkiest cover art....and has found some good music that way!
